Bank of America is a traitor organization. I guess when you take $45 billion in taxpayer money at the cup of CINCO (Comrade-in-Chief Obama) there is a mandate that requires you to eschew patriotism and an American heritage.
Here’s what happened, “Lance Cpl. Christopher S. Fowlkes, 20, of Gaffney, S.C., died Sept. 10 from wounds sustained Sept. 3 while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C.” Wednesday, September 16, 2009 the City of Gaffney turned out to honor this native son and Marine hero with flags placed along the route.
The Branch Manager of the Bank of America in Gaffney, along the route for L/Cpl Fowlkes had the flags removed from the Bank of America property. When the lady who was putting out the flags noticed that there were no flags in front of the Bank of America location she naturally thought that she had missed them so she proceeded to place more flags. The branch manager came out and told her that it was against Bank of America policy to display any flags for fear of offending some customers. The lady who was placing the flags was shocked at what she was hearing. She was also told by the branch manager that she could go inside and get her other flags.
EXCUSE ME!!!! This company has the temerity to call itself Bank of America? It took $45 billion taxpayer dollars to fix what it broke and it doesn’t want to offend some of its customers? I’ll tell you quite bluntly that I will not do business with these people. I am writing them to complain. I urge you to write, email and call Bank of America and voice your opinion. Here’s how:

Let them know that this is wrong and unpatriotic. AND RETURN OUR MONEY TO US!!!!!

We should demand that they pay back right now every last cent that they’ve received through bailouts. I like that the town council canceled their account. Maybe we should all think about closing any accounts we have with them? I am seriously considering it right now. A lot depends on how they handle this situation. I'm baffled that this branch refuses to fly a flag.
What I would like to see them do is set up some sort of fund for that fallen soldier's family.
Amen!! Thank you for your support of this fine young Marine, his family and Cherokee County South Carolina!!!
