Palin Derangement Syndrome
A just released news article states this, “Published: 9/4/09, 7:10 PM EDT By Rachel D'Oro: ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Early estimates put the cost of Sarah Palin's midterm resignation as Alaska governor at a minimum of $40,000, not including a special legislative session partly linked to her departure.” How much did Charlie Rangel not pay in taxes because he failed to report millions of dollars in income? How much did Bill Clinton’s liaison cost the American taxpayer? How much have Barney Frank and his former lover cost the economy? How about Dodd, Pelosi, Stevens, Traficant, Jefferson and Marion Berry? And we have a headline news story about former Governor Palin’s resignation costing the taxpayers $40,000? Is there a problem here? With all the negative attention on the Governor of course it affected how she was able to work as Governor and I believe she took the better part of valor by resigning even though she was an outstanding Governor - the state couldn't afford the press costs. Why is it that seemingly every time a story comes out about Governor Palin, the author of the story is usually a woman? Are these women being used as liberal hand puppets because it is better if a woman attacks Governor Palin? Or is it because there is a rabid jealousy among the liberal elite women in this country over Governor Palin who can do anything – which includes multi-task at a high level? Do not covet what your neighbor has to include her accomplishments. You liberal people have lost your collective minds. I heard one news commentator (as they were once called) state, “Palin Derangement Syndrome (PDS).” Amazing; it is utterly amazing that every day I see covetousness abounding in parallel with wealth envy.

It should be noted that Rachel D'Oro is a close friend of the anti-Palin bloggers and "ethics" complaint filers in Alaska. It's a disgrace that AP hired this woman, and an even bigger disgrace that they publish any of her stories.
Maybe AP will run a story on how much it cost for the Gov's of Illinois, and NY to leave office early. That's right, they're democrats, so it doesn't matter how much they cost their states.
The AP continues to reveal its true colors - against the wishes of a young Marine's family and the Secretary of Defense they published the photograph of LCPL Bernard as he lay dying.
